Project Description

We Love Paving will fine grade site for new hardscape. Grade for new site improvements
Excavate for wall and canopy footings
Place and compact 6″ of class 2 recycled baserock under new concrete walkways and asphalt parking lot
Form and pour new 4″ & 6″ thick concrete walkways
Form and pour approx 325 LF of new concrete Walls
Construct grade beam footings, retaining wall (6.5′ total height), and 14 pilasters
Form and pour new 6″ thick foundation slab with perimeter interior curb which includes rebar
Place and compact 3″ of new hot mix asphalt pavement in new parking lot
Core drill (3) cores through 8″ concrete wall
Trench and install PVC conduits
Install storm drain
New steel panel man gate with ADA Panic Hardware which will match existing fence panels
