LETTER OF ASSIGNMENT
Role: Business Development
As a Business Development agent, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Generate business, leads, network, and build connections to increase company sales and revenue
- Prospect, qualify and develop target accounts from outbound cold-calling, emailing and direct mailers
- Enhance existing processes/procedures to achieve lead generation goals, report on metrics and obtain KPIs
- Empower other team members to be successful by fostering culture of inclusivity, collaboration and leadership
- Capitalize on solutions presented by Salesforce CRM, Jobber, Pipedrive and other software to enhance lead prospecting and sales management
- Exceed sales quotas and increase profitability through effective sales strategy and business planning
- Analyze and calculate field measurements, survey plans and plot plans to create proposals and process work orders
- Contribute, create and launch new digital prospecting strategies that result in sales increases
- Attend company meetings and provide updates on progress and reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and on an annual basis
- Have a flexible work schedule including but not limited to working outside of business hours, such as weekends and evenings as needed
- Learn company numbers and goals to ensure profitability
- Prepare scopes of works and negotiate contracts favorably
- Meet and develop clientele throughout the N. California region (Bay Area & Central Valley)
- Attend networking events in search for prospects
- Work from home, from company office and/or from the field as preferred or required
- Take inbound leads, nurture relationships, close sales and manage projects provided bycompany
- Work with Operations Manager to schedule jobs on company calendar based on crewavailability
- Visit job sites, manage crew and projects to ensure quality assurance
- Request testimonials and reviews from clients after delivering projects in video or in writing
- Help the company build a positive reputation online and offline and document such eventsto share with the public
- Help company improve and streamline processes and procedures
- Come up with ideas to help company become more efficient
